Do you offer consultations?

Yes, we provide a free initial consultation to understand your needs.

What contract types exist?

We have project-based, fixed-term, and open-ended contracts to suit your schedule. We are happy to discuss any alternatives you may have in mind.

Can you guarentee availability?

This will be baked into our contract. Typically, a fixed-term contract guarantees availablity during the agreed timeline, whereas Open-Ended or Project-Based are more flexible meaning you only pay for us when you need us, giving us adequate notice ahead of time.

Can I prepay for services?

Yes, buying discounted time buckets upfront is available. You can then contact us whenever you need help with something (big or small) and we'll fit you in as soon as we are able.

Can I change or cancel a contract?

Yes. We are happy to be flexible to accomodate your needs.

How much do you charge?

It depends! If your request is simple we'll charge less. If it's greenfield and/or requires masses of brain power, we'll charge more. We will be upfront on pricing with our quote, which has zero obligation.
